Effect of temperature, flowering time and inflorescence length on yield and productivity of litchi (Litchi chinensis) cv. ‘Shahi’

The present study was carried out in 2017–18 at ICAR-NRC on Litchi, Muzaffarpur to assess the effect of temperature, flowering time and inflorescence length yield litchi (Litchi chinensis Sonn.) cv. Shahi. revealed that stage as well were positively correlated with florescence width (0.98) while fruit set negatively temperature (-0.863). There a strong correlation between size inflorescence. Early-season had higher (8.56%) compared mid (7.58%) late-season (4.05%) flowering. Fruit critically reduced by 50% late floweringplants resulting drastic reduction total yield. A positive (0.84) found hickness weight. pulp weight influenced flowering, early exhibited highest (24.56 g) which 35.42% 50%, respectively.
